Tuto sadu zásuvkových pojezdů 250 kg lze namontovat pod úhlem 90° na podlahu nebo strop pomocí našich podlahových konzol BS1B-UNI-1. Nejsou standardně součástí zásuvkových pojezdů a je nutné je do košíku přidat samostatně.

The konzoly are designed so you can choose whether the lip protrudes underneath the zásuvka or along the side of the zásuvka. The montáž hardware is compact, so no threaded end protrudes on the outside. You can even attach two zásuvkové pojezdy to both sides of one konzola. Even professionals who could screw the zásuvkové pojezdy directly to the inner walls of a skříň often choose our podlahových konzol for the following reason: adjusting zásuvkové pojezdy is, as explained under the ‚Mounting‘ heading, a difficult and precise job. The space between the skříň and zásuvka may only deviate minimally from the specifications, and the montáž positions on both boční stěny must also be aligned with each other. This takes time and can be frustrating. You can avoid this by using our podlahových konzol. Mount the zásuvka and the podlahových konzol to the slides and then place the entire assembly into the skříň. After sliding the zásuvka otevřené and zavřené once, the slides are correctly aligned relative to each other and you only need to screw the konzoly to the base. Ideal!

You can screw or bolt the inner profile of the zásuvkové pojezdy directly to the side of a zásuvka. However, there are situations where our aluminium zásuvka konzoly BS1B-UNI-2 are useful. These angle profiles support the zásuvka, reducing the zatížení on the zásuvka wall so it can be made from thinner material. You could even omit the boční stěny and create a pull-out platform between the slides. Besides the extra possibilities, the konzoly also help with adjustment. You do not have to screw both slides to a zásuvka wall at exactly the same height. After montáž the konzoly, simply place the zásuvka on the konzoly and screw it in place. It could not be easier!

These heavy-duty zásuvkové pojezdy are NOT fitted with a uzamykání function, so the zásuvka can move freely. This is often desirable for indoor use or in a workshop. For zásuvkas in vehicles, the same version WITH uzamykání in both otevřené and zavřené positions is often chosen.

This uzamykání function blocks movement in both zavřené and otevřené positions. It is intended to prevent unwanted movement, for example in a užitkové vozidlo while driving or for a pull-out kitchen unit in a obytné auto. The same length WITH lock is the BS2L-250-700.

One set of these zásuvkové pojezdy can carry 250 kg. This applies both when retracted and vysunuté, provided the hmotnost is evenly distributed along the length. If the hmotnost is placed only deep inside the zásuvka, these slides can carry about 115% = 285 kg. The maximum point zatížení at the front of the zásuvka is about 70% = 175 kg. Do not forget to include the zásuvka’s own hmotnost in your zatížení calculation. If necessary, place dividers in the zásuvka to prevent heavy contents from sliding forward. This benefits the zásuvkové pojezdy. You may also choose not to let the slides extend fully, but to stop the movement earlier. This reduces the lever arm of the protruding hmotnost, allowing the slides to carry a higher zatížení compared with maximum extension.

The zásuvkové pojezdy must be placed without tension between the zásuvka and the skříň. Tension occurs when parts of the slides are pulled apart or pressed together in the thickness direction. To achieve smooth movement, the distance between the zásuvka and the boční stěny of the skříň must remain within the range of 19.1 to 19.9 mm. If the gap deviates from this range, friction occurs and the slides will operate stiffly. Besides smooth movement, zásuvka stability is also important. The more space the slides have, the less stable the zásuvka becomes. In other words: the closer the gap is to 19.1 mm, the more stable the zásuvka. For example, a zásuvka with a gap of 19.8 mm will show more sideways movement when vysunuté than a zásuvka with a gap of 19.2 mm. In both cases, the zásuvka moves smoothly. We therefore advertise 19.1 mm because, considering both aspects, this is the ideal gap. The addition +0.8 / -0 indicates how much this size may deviate.
